The intralesional injection of PRP in partial supraspina- tus tendon tears reduced the tear size, while subacro- mial steroid injection did not significantly affect the tear size. Both PRP and steroid injection improved functional outcomes compared with baseline. Nevertheless, PRP injection resulted in better improvement 6 months after injection.
